At this time, we will not be accepting athletes aged 8 years and under. Athletes must be born in 2017.

Practice Information

Pre-Season

Date: 11/4- 12/20 (2 Months)

Time/ Day: Tuesday & Thursday - (6:00 - 7:30pm), Saturday- (8:00am)

Competition Season

Date: 1/5 - 7/30 (7 Months)

Days: 3 Days a week

Location: Brophy Sports Complex

Time/ Day: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - (6:00 - 7:30pm), Saturday- (8:00-9:30am)

Location: Brophy Sports Complex (4800 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85012)

Events: All Events

Club Costs

Pre-Season:

  • $300 for the first child

  • $150 for the second sibling

  • $0 for every additional sibling

Competition-Only Package:

  • $1,000 for the first child

  • $600 for every additional sibling

Pre- and Competition Package:

  • $1,200 for the first child

  • $700 for every additional sibling

USATF Memberships

USATF registration is not required for Pre-season. If an athlete is competing, then they must be registered with USATF before their first day of competition. Due to USATF systems, you will need to wait until January 2026 to register them. A reminder will be sent out to competition parents in January.

Athlete-in-Need Grants

Athlete-in-Need (AIN) grants are available to assist athletes who require financial support. These grants will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, considering individual needs and available resources. Recipients of AIN grants, along with their parents, are required to participate in all team fundraising activities as well as volunteer for club duties.

All payments will be made via invoices sent from the Phoenix Youth Track Club Via Square payment after your athlete completes their first week. Payments may be broken into installments.

What to Bring to Practice

Athletes should bring the following to practice:

Water bottle

Running shoes and spikes

Small towel

A protein snack or drink

Rules and Guidelines

We are dedicated to providing a secure and positive environment for all student athletes within our program. To ensure this, we kindly request everyone's adherence to these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the inability to continue participating in the program:

Listen attentively to and follow the directions provided by coaches while on the track.

No rough or playful behavior on Brophy facilities during practice.

Always show respect to your coaches and fellow athletes.

Give ample space and stand clear of athletes running on the track or using sporting equipment.

Parents of some younger athletes may be asked to remain at practice in case we need your assistance with your athlete.

Competitions

Competition Schedule

We participate in 9 meets during the season that take place all over the valley. Final schedules will be uploaded as competitions are officially confirmed.

Parent Participation

We will ask for help with various tasks throughout the season to ensure the program runs smoothly. Please be willing to assist during practices and/or competitions when requested to volunteer.

Dress Code

Practice:

Please ensure that your child(ren) wear appropriate workout attire during all practices. It's important that they have clothing suitable for movement and temperature, and wear running shoes designed for running and their event.

Competitions:

For all meets, it is mandatory for athletes to wear club-issued uniforms. Substitutions are not permitted unless prior approval is granted by Coach Eaton. While athletes may choose any brand and color for their running shoes and spikes, headwear and other accessories must align with Phoenix Track Club's approved colors and design. Please ensure that your attire adheres to these guidelines.

Team Kit

All competition athletes will receive the team kit. If you already have this team kit, please indicate this in your registration below to receive a discount. Kits will be given out after the first paid invoice.

Service Project

PTC and SoSwift is committed to helping others in our community and our athletes will have the opportunity to participate in a service project. TBD
