Age: 14 - 18. Athletes must be in High School.
Date: 8/11 - 10/31 (3 Months)
Time/ Day: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - (5:15-6:15pm), Saturday - (7:00am)
Location: Brophy College Prep (The Dutch)

Our three-month Strength & Conditioning program is specifically designed for track and field athletes looking to build strength, speed, and endurance during the offseason. In addition, we offer small group technique training once a week on Saturday mornings.

This program introduces resistance training and conditioning to our middle school athletes. Athletes will learn proper technique through resisted movements working their way up to Olympic lifts. Saturdays will be a focus on running mechanics and event training.

Invoices will be sent 1 week after your first day of practice.

Yes! But due to increased demand and the limited size of our program, we will not be able to accept every athlete. We expect to accommodate around 20 athletes, with spots being filled on a first-come, first-served basis through registration.

Payments can be broken down into smaller monthly installments. There will be a section on the registration form to indicate your payment preference.

Financial aid will be given to athletes on a first-come, first-served basis. On the registration page, you will have the option to indicate your need for financial assistance.

Invoices for payments will be sent one week after your athlete's first day in the program. Registration is required before attending practice.

Every athlete receives a free week in our program to ensure we are a good fit for each other. Athletes must be registered before they are allowed to attend practice.

PYTC will host workshops led by experts on topics such as nutrition, strength and conditioning, mental health, and professional athlete talks. We are dedicated to meeting athletes' needs by connecting them with professionals in these areas.
